Option One: Open your Internet Explorer. In the Tools menu, select Internet Options...

Option Two: Open your control panel by clicking Start (bottom left of screen), select Settings, select Control Panel.

Double click the Internet Options icon.

2. In the Address text box, type http://www.comstar.com.au


3. Click OK.

4. Click the Connections tab.

5. Click Dial-up settings Add...

6. Select Dial-up to private network. Connect using my phone line (modem or ISDN).

Click Next.


7. In the Phone number text box, enter the Modem POP Number was provided to you when you signed up to Comstar. Or check out our POP locations (link here). Click Next.


Windows 2000 users continue to Number 8. If you are not using Windows 2000, process to Number 9.
8. Windows 2000 Users only: Connection Availability. Select for all users. Click Next.


9. Type Comstar as your dial up connection. Click Finish.

10. Click Settings...


11. Under Dial-Up Settings enter your User Name and Password provided to you by Comstar

12. Click OK to complete. Your Internet Set up is now complete, happy surfing!
